In my opinion this hotel has more immediate and long term income potential than any other commercial property in San Miguel. Although it has had little or no marketing for several years, it still maintains a respectable occupancy rate, which speaks to its desirability.

It is only a 20 min. walk or short shuttle ride to Centro, but far enough out to avoid the, noise, buses and fumes of a Centro location.
